Quality Manager (ISO)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager (ISO) located in Anaheim, CA. The Quality Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring that policies and procedure meet the quality requirements of the organization. The Quality Manager will also lead and mentor Quality Team Members, as well as collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify areas of improvement and contribute to processes for continuous improvement in manufacturing and engineering practices, output and overall performance.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO standards
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing quality or quality management, with progressive responsibilities and duties
• Experience in a leadership role, supervising, coaching and mentoring Quality team members or other professional staff
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance/control techniques and their application in engineering and manufacturing settings
• Experience with problem solving tools and techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and contribute to processes for continuous improvement in manufacturing and engineering practices, output and overall performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and teams to establish and maintain quality standards, reducing defects, and improving process output and overall performance
• Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization, capable of preparing and presenting reports, effective meetings, training sessions, and other communication activities
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
